Catch the Ghost: the Halloween special

October has its own mini-game in Catch the Pickle, and it is called CATCH THE GHOST.

Your crew (one to four of you, on one keyboard or on controllers) starts in a haunted manor. Candy appears on the ledges. Carry it to the cauldron and drop it in: you can carry two pieces at a time, and the more you carry, the slower you run. Boo the ghost drifts in after you. If he catches you, you drop everything and the crew loses a life (a bat on the screen). Press ACTION to throw a pumpkin and stun him for a moment.

Get the whole list into the cauldron before the clock runs out and before the crew runs out of lives. There are three levels, easy, normal and hard, and winning earns a witch hat, a title and an achievement.

One for every month

It is one of twelve. Every month of the year has its own special, picked by the calendar, with its own arena and its own chaser. December is CATCH SANTA, and the months in between bring New Year, Lunar New Year, Holi, Easter, Cinco de Mayo, Midsummer, Tanabata, Obon, the Mid-Autumn Festival and Diwali. The special of the month is always open. One you have won stays open all year, and the rest come back in their month. They are played on one device, not online.
